Columbo is a Kune Kune pig that happened to be in the right place at the right time for us to rescue him. We have a soft spot in our heart for Kune Kune pigs. They are an incredibly friendly and out-going breed. Sadly, they are a mini-pig breed (pigs under 300lbs) that are raised most often for meat. Columbo also reminds us so much of our beloved Mick (our Kune Kune pig that passed away in 2021) due to his same coloring and two wattles on his neck!
